a) Please keep in mind that orders from Apple, Compaq, Cisco, Dell, IBM, HP, Maxtor, Fujitsu, Seagate, Sun, or any other manufacturer that does not provide 3D memory products cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund once they have been processed.
